LEARN HOW DEMOCRACY REFORMS BECOME LAW IN IOWA
Twenty-four states, including Iowa, do not feature a process for citizen-led ballot initiatives. This means that a state legislator must sponsor a bill in order for it to be voted on to become law. This requires you to be in relationship with your state legislatures.
